All Korimi products are handmade by artisans from communities of Mexico using ancient techniques with passion and dedication. We recommend washing care for our products like dry cleaning or hand to maintain the integrity of the products. The images we use are a guide to help you in your purchase and there are differences between the products.

If you find a fault with any of our products we suggest to contact us as soon as possible to enforce your warranty.

Please note we process orders before 1pm CST (Central Standard Time) from Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

For international orders, we make sure that every package that we send is insured or covered while it gets to you. Sometimes the carrier will charge duties or taxes, depending on your location. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

After receiving your order, you have 7 days to contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase, by sending us an email with your order number and the reason you wish to exchange it, either you are not fully satisfied with the product or you prefer a different color or style. hello@korimikids.com

For returns, please note that you must send us the item in excellent conditions with its original tags and packaging. The shipping cost of this return is solely your responsibility. Contact us for further information about our return process. You will be refunded as store credit.

Also accept payments via PayPal, checkout with PayPal Express if you already have an account during checkout.

For Mexico, we accept bank deposits or wire transfers. For these you will receive our bank account information, please ensure in the reference your order number.
